Salary: $97 Per hour

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Data Analyst. As a key member of our organization, the Business Data Analyst will play a crucial role in driving strategic decision-making through data analysis and interpretation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistics, business intelligence, and data visualization, and possess excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex findings to various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of large and complex datasets to identify key trends, patterns, and insights
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate data-driven insights to different departments and leadership team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide analytical support for various projects and initiatives
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance data collection, analysis, and reporting
• Conduct ad-hoc data queries and analyses as needed to support business decisions
• Develop and maintain documentation of data analysis processes and procedures
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics and make recommendations for improvement and innovation within the organization

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a business or finance setting
• Proficient in SQL and experience working with large and complex databases
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and analytically
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner
• Proven ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
