Position: Network Engineer Lead

Salary: $100 Per hour

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer Lead to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a Network Engineer Lead, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our company's network infrastructure. You will be responsible for leading a team of network engineers and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our network systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network engineering, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices
• Lead a team of network engineers and provide guidance and support in implementing network solutions
• Develop and maintain network documentation, including network diagrams and configurations
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues in a timely manner
• Monitor network performance and proactively identify and resolve potential issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of network solutions with other systems
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in network engineering
• Provide technical guidance and training to junior team members
• Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in network engineering
• Proven experience in leading a team and managing projects
• Strong knowledge of network protocols and technologies including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, and VPN
• Experience with configuring and maintaining network devices from various vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, and Palo Alto
• Familiarity with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE are a plus
