Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement robotics strategies and roadmaps to achieve company goals and objectives.
Lead and manage a team of robotics engineers, technicians, and project managers to ensure the timely and efficient completion of projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, mechanical engineers, and designers, to design, develop, and implement robotic systems.
Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements in robotics technology, and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Oversee the testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of robotic systems to ensure optimal performance.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are completed within scope and on schedule.
Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and suppliers to source necessary components and materials for robotics projects.
Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements for robotics projects.
Provide technical support and guidance to team members, and mentor junior staff to foster their professional growth.
Prepare and present progress reports, project updates, and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience working in robotics, with a proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects.
Strong knowledge of robotics systems, including sensors, actuators, and control systems.
Experience with programming languages such as C++, Python, and ROS.
Proficiency in CAD software and 3D modeling.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
