Key Responsibilities:

Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and other related equipment.
Monitor and maintain the performance of computer systems and networks, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner, escalating complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
Perform regular system updates and backups to ensure data security and integrity.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in accordance with company policies.
Provide technical support to end-users, responding to and resolving IT-related inquiries and requests.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and user guides.
Collaborate with the IT team to plan, design, and implement new technology initiatives.
Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and make recommendations for their integration into the company's systems.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems.
Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Experience with server administration, virtualization, and cloud computing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) are a plus.
