Job Title: Full-Stack Developer Lead

Location: New York, New York, United States

Salary: $107 Per hour

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full-Stack Developer Lead to join our dynamic team. As the Full-Stack Developer Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers to design, develop, and maintain our company's web applications. You will also be responsible for managing the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and maintenance of our company's web applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and develop project plans.
• Manage the full software development life cycle, including coding, testing, debugging, and deployment.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for all projects.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the web development industry.
• Mentor and train junior developers to enhance their technical skills.

Technical Skills:

• Strong experience with front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Proficient in server-side languages such as Java, Python, or Ruby.
• Experience with modern web frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.
• Familiarity with database systems such as MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-stack web development.
• Proven experience in leading a team of developers.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
