Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Frontend Developer Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the frontend development team and overseeing the development of user-facing features. You will also be responsible for writing efficient and maintainable code, ensuring the best possible performance and user experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in frontend development and a passion for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers, providing technical guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality work.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into efficient and scalable frontend solutions.
• Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Optimize frontend performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure code quality and consistency.
• Stay updated with the latest frontend development trends and best practices, and implement them in projects to enhance user experience.
• Troubleshoot and debug frontend issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Work closely with backend developers to integrate frontend with server-side logic.
• Participate in project planning and estimation, and provide inputs on technical feasibility and potential roadblocks.
• Continuously improve and maintain existing frontend codebases to ensure scalability and maintainability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in frontend development with a strong focus on HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• 2+ years of experience in a lead or mentorship role.
• Strong understanding of frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
• Proficient in frontend build tools like Webpack or Gulp.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A strong portfolio of previous frontend projects is a plus.
