Salary: $115 Per hour

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineering Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Software Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of software engineers, overseeing the development and maintenance of software products, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality and efficient solutions. This is a leadership role that requires strong technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to mentor and develop team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of software engineers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure their professional growth and development.
• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of software products, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables.
• Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and consistency.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in technology to drive innovation and improve processes within the team.
• Identify and address technical roadblocks and issues to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
• Monitor and track project progress, identify risks, and implement effective solutions to mitigate them.
• Communicate project status, updates, and risks to senior management and stakeholders.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, encouraging open communication, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning within the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing software development projects from conception to delivery.
• Strong technical skills in software development, including proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
• Solid understanding of software development processes, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in agile development methodologies is preferred.
• Prior experience in the industry or domain is a plus.
