Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic plans for the company's infrastructure, in line with business objectives and growth plans.
Manage and maintain all hardware and software systems, including servers, workstations, laptops, and mobile devices.
Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network and security systems, ensuring they are up-to-date and functioning correctly.
Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement, implementing necessary upgrades and enhancements.
Maintain and enforce security policies and procedures to protect the company's data and systems.
Manage and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring quality and timely delivery of services.
Lead and mentor a team of infrastructure professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success.
Develop and manage the infrastructure budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology, and make recommendations for implementing new tools and systems to improve efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in infrastructure management, with proven leadership skills.
Extensive knowledge of hardware, software, network, and security systems.
Strong understanding of cloud computing, virtualization, and other emerging technologies.
Experience in project management and implementing IT infrastructure projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Certifications such as MCSE, CCNA, and ITIL are highly desirable.
