Position: Web Application Manager

Location: New York, New York, United States

Salary: $107 Per hour

Lobox is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Web Application Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Web Application Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of our web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth functioning and optimization of our web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire web application development lifecycle, from concept to deployment
• Lead a team of developers, designers, and other technical professionals to ensure timely and quality delivery of web applications
• Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Monitor and maintain the performance, availability, and security of our web applications
• Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends, technologies, and best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new web applications
• Conduct regular code reviews and provide technical guidance to the development team
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to web applications in a timely manner
• Develop and maintain documentation for all web applications and processes
• Ensure compliance with web accessibility and usability standards
• Continuously improve and optimize our existing web applications to enhance user experience
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the status of web application projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in web application development, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Strong technical background in web development, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks
• Experience with web development tools and platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, and Magento
• Proven track record of managing and delivering complex web application projects on time and within budget
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of web security protocols and best practices
• Familiarity with web analytics and SEO principles
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
