Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Science Manager Lead to join our dynamic team. As a leader in the field of data science, you will be responsible for managing a team of data scientists and driving the development of innovative data-driven solutions. This is a senior-level position that requires a strong background in data science, as well as exceptional leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of data scientists in developing and implementing data-driven solutions to address complex business problems
• Drive the development and deployment of advanced analytics models and algorithms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business growth and improve processes
• Manage the data science team's workflow and prioritize projects based on business needs and resource availability
• Mentor and coach team members to enhance their technical skills and foster a culture of continuous learning
• Stay current with the latest advancements and trends in data science and related technologies
• Communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to present findings and recommendations from data analysis

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in data science, computer science, mathematics, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data science, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role
• Strong technical skills in data mining, machine learning, predictive modeling, and data visualization
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
• Experience with big data technologies, such as Hadoop or Spark
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
• Strong project management and team leadership skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
