Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Intelligence Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Business Intelligence Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, developing reports and dashboards, and providing insights to support business decision-making. You will be an integral part of our organization, working closely with various departments to identify key business metrics and trends, and providing strategic recommendations to drive growth and improve overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, organize, and analyze large and complex data sets from various sources.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
• Identify key business metrics and trends to track and monitor performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and translate business requirements into data analytics solutions.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support business decision-making.
• Develop and implement data quality processes to ensure accuracy and consistency of data.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and business intelligence.
• Train and support end-users on how to effectively use business intelligence tools and reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or related role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
• Proven experience in developing reports and dashboards using business intelligence tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner.
• Experience in data visualization and storytelling.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modeling is a plus.
• Strong project management and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
