Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of frontend engineers to deliver high-quality and scalable web applications.
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other engineers to conceptualize, develop and implement new features for our web applications.
Develop frontend architecture and ensure that coding standards and best practices are followed by the team.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and consistency.
Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies and tools and incorporate them into our development process.
Troubleshoot and resolve frontend issues and bugs reported by users or detected through testing.
Work closely with the backend team to integrate frontend components with the backend systems.
Mentor and guide junior engineers to help them grow and improve their technical skills.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in frontend development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Extensive knowledge of frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and popular frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.
Experience with version control systems like Git and development methodologies like Agile.
Strong understanding of web design principles and user experience.
Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience with server-side templating languages like JSP or Thymeleaf is a plus.
A passion for learning and keeping up with the latest industry trends.
