Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and understand business requirements for IT deployment projects.
Develop comprehensive deployment plans including project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of hardware and software components.
Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of technology solutions to ensure optimal functionality.
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
Provide end-user support and training on technology solutions.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for all deployed systems.
Monitor and report on the progress of deployment projects to key stakeholders.
Continuously evaluate and improve deployment processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT deployment or a similar role.
Proven experience in project management, preferably in the IT industry.
Strong knowledge of hardware and software systems, including servers, networks, and operating systems.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with cloud-based technologies and virtualization is a plus.
