Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for system integration.
Design and implement integration solutions to connect different systems and applications, including ERP, CRM, and third-party software.
Develop and maintain data mapping and transformation rules to ensure accurate and seamless data flow between systems.
Perform testing and debugging of integration processes to identify and resolve any issues.
Monitor and maintain the health and performance of integration processes, proactively identifying and addressing any potential bottlenecks or errors.
Provide technical support to end-users and troubleshoot any integration-related issues.
Document integration processes, configurations, and changes for future reference.
Stay updated on the latest integration technologies and industry trends, making recommendations for process improvements and system updates.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT system integration, preferably in a complex and dynamic environment.
Strong understanding of integration concepts, principles, and best practices.
Proficiency in data mapping and transformation using tools such as SQL, XML, and JSON.
Experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica.
Knowledge of API design and development.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
