Salary: $133000 - $160000

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Application Tester Lead to join our dynamic team. As the Application Tester Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the testing of our company's applications to ensure they meet quality standards and are free of defects. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of application testers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the team's success.
• Develop and implement testing strategies, methodologies, and processes to ensure the quality of our applications.
• Conduct thorough testing of applications, including functionality, user interface, compatibility, and performance, and document any defects or issues found.
• Collaborate with the development team to understand requirements and provide feedback on potential issues or improvements.
• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
• Monitor and track testing progress, report on testing metrics, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues and work with the development team to resolve them in a timely manner.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in software testing to continuously improve our testing processes and techniques.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing testing strategies and plans.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to effectively lead and manage a team, providing feedback, coaching, and mentoring.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
