Key Responsibilities:

Develop and lead the overall digital transformation strategy for the company.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify business needs and create a roadmap for digital transformation.
Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify digital trends and best practices in the industry.
Develop and implement digital initiatives to enhance customer experience, increase operational efficiency, and drive revenue growth.
Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement digital solutions, including but not limited to, website development, mobile applications, and e-commerce platforms.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital initiatives and make recommendations for continuous improvements.
Provide guidance and support to team members on digital transformation projects, ensuring successful delivery within budget and timeline.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and their potential applications to drive innovation within the company.
Build and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to leverage their expertise and resources for digital transformation initiatives.
Communicate progress, challenges, and outcomes of digital transformation initiatives to senior management and key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA or equivalent preferred.
Minimum of years of experience in digital transformation, with a proven track record of successful implementation.
Strong understanding of digital technologies, including but not limited to, AI, Big Data, IoT, and Cloud Computing.
Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
