Job Description: Lobox is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Edge Computing Specialist Lead to join our dynamic and innovative team. As an Edge Computing Specialist Lead, you will be responsible for managing and leading the edge computing team in the development, implementation, and maintenance of edge computing solutions for our clients. You will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our edge computing services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of edge computing specialists in the design, development, and implementation of edge computing solutions for our clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and develop customized edge computing solutions to meet their specific needs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest edge computing technologies and trends and provide insights and recommendations to the team and clients.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for edge computing projects.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide mentorship and guidance to team members to ensure their professional growth and development.
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify new opportunities and drive business growth through the promotion of our edge computing services.
• Manage relationships with vendors, partners, and clients to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Provide technical expertise and support to the team and clients in the troubleshooting and resolution of complex edge computing issues.
• Develop and implement best practices and processes for edge computing solutions to ensure efficiency, scalability, and security.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in edge computing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering and managing edge computing projects from conception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of edge computing technologies, including edge computing platforms, edge analytics, and edge devices.
• Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and edge-to-cloud integration.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Certifications in edge computing and cloud platforms are a plus.
