Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of robotics engineers in the design, development, and implementation of robotics systems.
Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality robotics systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and understand project requirements.
Design and develop complex algorithms and control systems for robotic applications.
Conduct thorough testing and validation of robotics systems to ensure functionality and reliability.
Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in robotics technology and implement them in our systems.
Mentor and train team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
Work closely with project managers to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
Collaborate with external partners and vendors to source and integrate components for robotics systems.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in robotics engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of robotics systems design, development, and implementation.
Proficient in programming languages such as C++, Python, and Java.
Experience with robotics simulation and modeling software.
Knowledge of control systems, sensors, and actuators.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
