Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and requirements
• Design and develop customized software solutions to meet client's specific needs
• Lead software projects, from conception to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of software solutions
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing software systems
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our services
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project goals are met
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions
• Write and maintain technical documentation for software solutions
• Conduct training and workshops for clients to ensure smooth implementation and adoption of software systems

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering, preferably in a consulting role
• Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, etc.
• Experience with software development tools and methodologies
• Ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into software solutions
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proven track record of delivering successful software projects
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
