Responsibilities:

Proactively monitor and maintain the company's information systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and provide timely and effective solutions
Install, configure, and upgrade software and hardware as needed
Conduct regular backups and ensure data integrity and security
Develop and implement disaster recovery plans and procedures
Collaborate with other IT professionals to ensure the integration and compatibility of different systems
Train and assist employees in utilizing the company's information systems
Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends and make recommendations for system improvements
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of system configurations, procedures, and policies
Monitor system performance and provide reports to management as needed

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience working with information systems in a professional setting
Strong knowledge of operating systems, networks, and databases
Experience with system administration and troubleshooting
Familiarity with security protocols and procedures
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Certification in relevant technologies is a plus
