Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement IT strategies and policies to ensure the smooth operation of our organization's IT systems.
Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve department goals and objectives.
Oversee the maintenance and upgrade of all hardware and software systems, ensuring they are up-to-date and running efficiently.
Manage the organization's network infrastructure, including servers, routers, switches, and firewalls, to ensure optimal performance and security.
Develop and implement cybersecurity measures to protect the organization's data and systems from potential cyber threats.
Collaborate with other departments to identify and address their IT needs and provide solutions to improve their workflows.
Conduct regular audits to assess the organization's IT infrastructure and make recommendations for improvements.
Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely and effective delivery of IT services.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry and make recommendations for their integration into the organization's systems.
Create and maintain documentation for all IT systems, processes, and procedures.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar IT leadership role.
Proven experience in managing a team of IT professionals.
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
Experience in developing and implementing IT strategies and policies.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, MCSA) are a plus.
