Job Title: IT Infrastructure Specialist Lead

Location: New York, New York, United States

Salary: $138 Per hour

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist Lead to join our dynamic team. As the IT Infrastructure Specialist Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, maintenance and support of our company's IT infrastructure. This includes managing a team of IT specialists, ensuring the smooth operation of our network and systems, and implementing new technologies to improve our overall IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of IT specialists, providing guidance, support and training as needed.
• Develop and maintain the company's IT infrastructure strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Oversee the design, implementation and maintenance of network, server and storage systems.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency.
• Work closely with other departments to identify and address their IT infrastructure needs.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and effective delivery of IT infrastructure solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve the company's IT infrastructure and operations.
• Develop and maintain IT infrastructure policies, procedures and standards.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
• Manage the IT infrastructure budget and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented.
• Keep abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve the company's IT infrastructure.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
• Proven experience leading a team of IT specialists.
• Strong knowledge of network, server and storage systems.
• Experience with virtualization, cloud computing and disaster recovery.
• Knowledge of security and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong project management skills.
• Industry certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, or ITIL are a plus.

Working Conditions: This is a full-time position that may require occasional after-hours and weekend work. The IT Infrastructure Specialist Lead will primarily work in an office environment, but may need to travel to different company locations as needed.
