Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and identify their software needs
• Conduct analysis and research to design and develop software solutions that meet client requirements
• Lead the implementation and integration of software systems, ensuring seamless operation and functionality
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure smooth operation of software systems
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for software systems, including user manuals, guides, and training materials
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in software development to provide innovative solutions to clients
• Work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients, addressing any concerns or questions they may have
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify potential clients and promote software solutions
• Continuously evaluate and improve software systems to enhance performance and user experience

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development, preferably in a consulting or client-facing role
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall
• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, etc.
• Experience with database management and SQL
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proven track record of delivering successful software solutions
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously
