Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, managing all communication and ensuring their needs are met throughout the consulting process
Lead and manage a team of cybersecurity consultants, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure successful project delivery
Conduct thorough assessments of clients' current cybersecurity systems and identify potential vulnerabilities and risks
Develop and implement customized cybersecurity solutions for clients based on their specific needs and industry regulations
Conduct regular and ongoing monitoring and testing of clients' cybersecurity systems to identify and address any potential threats or weaknesses
Provide hands-on technical support for clients, troubleshooting any cybersecurity issues that may arise
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the cybersecurity field, and continuously educate and train team members on best practices and emerging technologies
Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure seamless integration of cybersecurity solutions with other systems and processes
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all consulting projects, including assessments, recommendations, and solutions implemented
Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to clients and team members on cybersecurity best practices and compliance regulations
Proactively identify opportunities for business growth and development, and assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to expand our client base

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity consulting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Extensive knowledge of cybersecurity principles, best practices, and compliance regulations
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and vulnerabilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members at all levels
Proven experience in project management, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet deadlines
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or other relevant certifications are preferred
Experience with various cybersecurity tools and technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and vulnerability scanners
Ability to travel to client sites as needed
