Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Operations Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. As the Security Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's security operations, ensuring the safety and security of our employees, assets, and facilities. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to adapt to a constantly evolving security landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and guidelines to protect the company's assets, employees, and facilities.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the security team, including managing schedules, assignments, and performance.
• Conduct regular security risk assessments and vulnerability tests to identify potential threats and recommend appropriate measures to mitigate them.
• Monitor security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarms, to ensure proper functioning and respond to any incidents or breaches.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement emergency response plans and protocols.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest security trends, technologies, and best practices to continually enhance the company's security posture.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including law enforcement agencies and security vendors, to ensure timely and effective response to security incidents.
• Conduct investigations into security incidents, gather evidence, and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
• Prepare and deliver regular security reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as criminal justice, security management, or risk management.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in security operations, preferably in a leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and systems, including CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing security policies and procedures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Experience in conducting investigations and managing crisis situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Physical Security Professional (PSP) are highly desirable.
