Lobox is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Reliability Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Cloud Reliability Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of our cloud infrastructure. You will be responsible for managing a team of cloud engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of our cloud services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to continuously improve the reliability of our cloud infrastructure.
• Lead a team of cloud engineers and provide technical guidance and support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, software development, and network engineering, to ensure the smooth operation of our cloud services.
• Monitor and analyze system performance, identify potential issues, and proactively take necessary actions to maintain high availability and performance.
• Develop and maintain incident response procedures and participate in on-call rotation to support cloud infrastructure emergencies.
• Conduct regular audits and implement best practices to ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the team to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Stay up to date with the latest cloud technologies and trends, and make recommendations for their implementation to enhance the reliability and efficiency of our cloud infrastructure.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure the timely resolution of issues and escalations.
• Develop and maintain documentation of cloud infrastructure and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role managing cloud infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
• Experience with cloud service providers such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Excellent knowledge of virtualization, containers, and microservices architecture.
• Solid understanding of network and security protocols.
• Experience with automation and configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Relevant certifications, such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or Azure Administrator, are a plus.
