Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Development Manager to lead our team of developers in creating cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions. As the AI Development Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire development process, from ideation to implementation, to ensure that our AI products meet the highest standards of quality and innovation. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical expertise, as well as leadership and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of AI developers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the successful completion of projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and product managers, to define project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Drive the development of AI solutions by providing technical direction and overseeing the design, development, and testing phases.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI technologies and methodologies, and incorporate them into our development processes.
• Conduct regular code reviews and ensure that coding standards and best practices are followed.
• Identify and resolve any technical issues that arise during the development process.
• Communicate project progress, challenges, and successes to stakeholders and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Manage project budgets and timelines, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI development, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
• Strong technical knowledge and experience in machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and other AI technologies.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with AI development frameworks, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex AI projects.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet project deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve their full potential.
