Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategies for the efficient operation and maintenance of the data warehouse.
Monitor and analyze the performance of the data warehouse and make necessary adjustments to optimize performance.
Manage a team of data warehouse developers and administrators, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure high-quality work.
Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of data warehouse software and hardware.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement data warehouse enhancements and improvements.
Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing best practices and conducting regular audits.
Develop and maintain data warehouse disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
Manage data warehouse security, including user access, data encryption, and backups.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data warehousing and recommend new technologies and tools to improve operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in data warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Extensive knowledge of data warehouse architecture, ETL processes, and database management systems.
Strong technical skills in SQL, Oracle, and other data warehousing tools.
Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving goals.
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
