Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategies for data management and solutions that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs and translate them into data solutions.
Lead the design, development, and deployment of data solutions, including data warehouses, data lakes, and business intelligence tools.
Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of data solutions by implementing and enforcing data governance policies and procedures.
Monitor and maintain data solutions to optimize performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Stay updated with the latest data technologies and trends and make recommendations for their implementation in our company.
Train and mentor team members on data solutions, tools, and processes.
Act as a subject matter expert on data solutions and support business teams in utilizing the solutions effectively.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in data management, data architecture, or a related role.
Proven track record of successfully delivering data solutions that drive business insights and decision-making.
Strong knowledge of data management principles, data warehousing, ETL processes, and data governance.
Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools, and business intelligence platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
Experience with cloud-based data solutions, preferably AWS or Azure.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment and adapt to changing business needs.
