Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Process Manager Lead to join our dynamic team. As the IT Process Manager Lead, you will play a crucial role in managing and improving our company's IT processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the IT process management team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to team members
• Develop and implement IT process improvement strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and objectives
• Conduct regular assessments of existing IT processes, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations for process optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document IT processes and procedures
• Monitor and analyze IT process performance metrics, identify trends, and take corrective actions as needed
• Drive process standardization and ensure adherence to best practices across the organization
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, to ensure buy-in and support for IT process improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with the IT leadership team to develop and implement IT governance policies and procedures
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and best practices in IT process management, and proactively make recommendations for improvement and innovation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT process management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Excellent understanding of IT processes, methodologies, and tools
• Strong project management skills and experience in leading cross-functional teams
• Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvement initiatives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Certification in ITIL, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is highly desirable
