Job Title: Cloud Systems Architect Lead

Location: New York, New York, United States

Salary: $138 Per hour

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Systems Architect Lead to join our dynamic team. As a Cloud Systems Architect Lead, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud-based systems infrastructure. This role requires a strong understanding of cloud computing technologies and a proven track record of successfully leading complex cloud-based projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement cloud-based solutions for our organization, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency.
• Lead a team of cloud systems architects, providing guidance and support to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and project managers, to design and implement cloud-based solutions that meet business requirements.
• Conduct research and make recommendations on emerging cloud technologies, best practices, and industry trends.
• Create and maintain documentation for all cloud-based systems, including architecture diagrams, operational procedures, and technical specifications.
• Ensure the security and integrity of our cloud-based systems by implementing industry-standard security protocols and conducting regular audits.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to cloud-based systems.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure the smooth integration of their services into our cloud-based systems.
• Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of our cloud-based systems, implementing improvements as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud systems architecture, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Extensive knowledge of cloud computing technologies, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong understanding of cloud security best practices and experience implementing security protocols.
• Proven experience in leading and managing complex cloud-based projects from conception to completion.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Relevant certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Azure Solutions Architect, are a plus.
