Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Consultant Lead to join our dynamic team. As the IT Consultant Lead, you will be responsible for providing strategic IT consulting services to our clients to help them achieve their business goals. You will lead a team of IT consultants, overseeing their work and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions to our clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT consulting, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of IT consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of IT solutions to our clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and providing strategic recommendations to improve their IT systems and processes.
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' IT infrastructure, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
• Provide technical expertise and support to clients, troubleshooting any issues that may arise and ensuring the smooth operation of their IT systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement IT strategies that align with clients' business objectives.
• Stay updated on the latest IT trends, technologies, and best practices, and proactively incorporate them into our consulting services.
• Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions with team members to enhance their skills and keep them up-to-date with industry advancements.
• Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring that projects are delivered within scope and on schedule.
• Prepare and present reports to clients and senior management, providing insights and recommendations on IT improvements and strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) as an IT consultant, with a successful track record of delivering IT projects and solutions.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
• In-depth knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and processes, including cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and data management.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and find effective solutions.
• Proven ability to deliver results and drive continuous improvement.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP) are a plus.
