Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of the platform architecture, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business and technical requirements, and translate them into scalable and efficient solutions
Conduct regular reviews and assessments of the platform architecture, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes
Define and maintain technical standards and best practices for platform development, ensuring consistency and quality across all projects
Mentor and guide junior architects and developers, providing technical leadership and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and identify opportunities to incorporate them into our platform architecture
Work closely with product managers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of platform solutions on time and within budget
Collaborate with infrastructure and operations teams to ensure the platform architecture is optimized for performance, reliability, and security
Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, ensuring their solutions are integrated seamlessly into our platform architecture

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a lead architect role
Extensive experience in designing and developing scalable, high-performance, and highly available platforms
Strong expertise in cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and microservices architecture
Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Java, Python, or C#
Excellent understanding of software development methodologies and best practices, including Agile and DevOps
Proven experience with modern front-end development frameworks, such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
Strong knowledge of databases, data structures, and algorithms
Experience in API design and development, including RESTful and GraphQL
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with a passion for continuous learning and development
