Position Overview: As the Cloud Platform Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of our cloud platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of our cloud solutions and services to our clients. You will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our cloud platform and will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of our cloud platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize the performance and cost-effectiveness of our cloud platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize new features and enhancements for our cloud platform.
• Manage a team of cloud engineers, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor and maintain the health of our cloud platform, proactively identifying and resolving any issues.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in cloud technology, making recommendations for improvements to our platform.
• Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to promote our cloud platform and educate clients on its benefits.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with cloud service providers and partners.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations for our cloud platform.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud engineering, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge and experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Solid understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience in managing and developing a team.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
