Salary: $310000 - $360000

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Edge Computing Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our clients in the implementation and optimization of edge computing solutions. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of our clients' current IT infrastructure and identify opportunities for edge computing implementation.
• Design and develop edge computing strategies and architectures that align with our clients' business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and integrate edge computing solutions.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to clients during the implementation phase.
• Develop and deliver training programs and workshops to educate clients on the benefits and capabilities of edge computing.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in edge computing and provide recommendations to clients on how to utilize them to improve their operations.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of edge computing systems and make necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Act as a liaison between our clients and our development team, communicating client needs and feedback to ensure continuous improvement and satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor for all edge computing related matters.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in edge computing, including hands-on implementation and consulting.
• Strong understanding of edge computing technologies, architectures, and protocols.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering edge computing solutions to clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
