About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Systems Manager to join our team. As the Security Systems Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of our company's security systems. You will play a critical role in protecting our organization's assets, information, and personnel from potential threats and vulnerabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure the safety and security of our organization's assets, information, and personnel.
• Conduct risk assessments and identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities.
• Monitor and analyze security systems to detect and respond to security breaches and incidents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement security solutions to mitigate risks and vulnerabilities.
• Manage and maintain security systems, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, access control systems, and surveillance systems.
• Conduct regular security audits to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest security technologies and trends, and make recommendations for improvements to our security systems.
• Train and educate employees on security best practices and protocols.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for the installation and maintenance of security systems.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management on security risks, incidents, and mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in security systems management.
• Strong technical knowledge of security systems, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, access control systems, and surveillance systems.
• Extensive experience in conducting risk assessments and developing security policies and procedures.
• In-depth understanding of security protocols and best practices.
• Familiarity with various security frameworks, such as ISO 27001, NIST, and COBIT.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Relevant certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, and CEH, are preferred but not required.
