Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DevOps Manager Lead to join our dynamic team. As the DevOps Manager Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and maintenance of our DevOps processes and infrastructure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth delivery of our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DevOps, a proven track record of leading teams, and a passion for continuously improving processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement DevOps strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality of our software development lifecycle
• Lead and manage a team of DevOps engineers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement automation and process improvements
• Ensure the smooth operation of our DevOps tools and systems, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Define and maintain DevOps standards, policies, and procedures
• Monitor and analyze metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our DevOps processes and practices
• Manage and monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of DevOps concepts, tools, and methodologies
• Experience with automation and configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Proven track record of leading and managing teams to deliver successful projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Relevant certifications in DevOps or related fields are a plus.
