Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Innovation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving digital innovation and transformation initiatives for our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for digital transformation. You will then develop and implement innovative solutions that will help our clients achieve their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for digital transformation.
• Conduct extensive research and analysis to stay updated on the latest digital trends and technologies.
• Develop innovative strategies and solutions to help our clients achieve their business objectives.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and project managers, to bring digital transformation initiatives to life.
• Lead the implementation and execution of digital transformation initiatives.
• Conduct regular reviews and analysis to measure the success of digital transformation initiatives and make recommendations for improvements.
• Keep track of project timelines and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide ongoing support and guidance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital innovation, transformation, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of digital trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Experience developing and implementing digital strategies and solutions.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
