Position: IT Process Architect

Location: New York, New York, United States

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $138 Per hour

Lobox is seeking an experienced and highly motivated IT Process Architect to join our dynamic team. As an IT Process Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient and effective IT processes to support the organization's overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain IT process architecture and framework to ensure alignment with business goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and document current IT processes, as well as identify areas for improvement
• Design and implement new IT processes based on industry best practices and standards
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing IT processes, and make recommendations for enhancements or modifications
• Create and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures, work instructions, and process flow diagrams
• Conduct regular process audits to ensure compliance and identify any gaps or risks
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement process automation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead process improvement projects and facilitate process improvement workshops
• Develop and deliver training programs to ensure understanding and adoption of new or modified IT processes
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and make recommendations for process improvements based on market developments
• Act as a subject matter expert for IT processes and provide guidance and support to other IT teams as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a large organization
• Strong understanding of ITIL framework and IT process management principles
• Proven experience in designing and implementing IT processes in a complex environment
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with cross-functional teams
• Proven experience in leading and facilitating process improvement workshops
• Experience with process automation and continuous improvement methodologies is an asset
• ITIL or Six Sigma certification is preferred
