We are seeking a highly experienced Network Architect Lead to join our dynamic team. As the Network Architect Lead, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex network solutions for our clients. Your in-depth knowledge of network infrastructure and protocols, coupled with your strong leadership skills, will be crucial in driving the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of network architects and engineers in the design and implementation of large-scale network solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop network architecture designs that meet business needs
• Design and implement network security solutions to protect against external threats
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance network performance and efficiency
• Develop and maintain network documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and procedures
• Oversee network capacity planning and ensure scalability to support business growth
• Troubleshoot complex network issues and provide timely resolutions
• Mentor and coach junior team members to develop their technical skills and knowledge
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their business needs and provide effective solutions
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in network architecture and security

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in network architecture and design
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team
• Expert knowledge of network protocols, such as TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and MPLS
• Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices
• Experience with network virtualization, such as SDN and NFV
• Experience with cloud networking, such as AWS or Azure
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Industry certifications, such as CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE, are preferred
