We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Data Visualization Manager to join our growing team.

Job Overview: As a Data Visualization Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of data visualization specialists and overseeing the development and implementation of data visualization strategies for our clients. You will work closely with our data analysts and project managers to understand client needs and create visually appealing and informative data visualizations. The ideal candidate for this role has a strong background in data analysis and visualization, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a passion for turning complex data into easy-to-understand visual representations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of data visualization specialists and provide guidance and direction to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Collaborate with project managers and data analysts to understand client requirements and develop effective data visualization strategies
• Design and create interactive and engaging data visualizations using various tools and software, such as Tableau, Power BI, and Qlik
• Develop and maintain data visualization standards and best practices to ensure consistency and accuracy across all projects
• Stay up-to-date with the latest data visualization trends and techniques and continuously improve our processes and deliverables
• Conduct training and workshops for clients and internal teams on data visualization techniques and best practices
• Work closely with the marketing team to create visually appealing data visualizations for presentations, reports, and marketing materials
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely and accurate delivery of data visualizations
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project progress and team performance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis and visualization, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Strong proficiency in data visualization tools and software, such as Tableau, Power BI, and Qlik
• Proven track record of creating impactful and engaging data visualizations for various industries and clients
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within tight deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide team members to achieve their full potential
• Knowledge of programming languages, such as R or Python, is a plus
