Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement operational strategies to improve the functionality and efficiency of our platform
Manage a team of platform operations specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time
Monitor and analyze platform performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance overall performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, customer success, and sales to drive platform enhancements and resolve any issues
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality platform operations
Oversee the platform budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to support business goals
Identify and manage relationships with external vendors and partners to support platform operations
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, proactively implementing new technologies or processes to improve platform operations
Conduct regular audits and quality assurance checks to maintain data accuracy and security
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on platform performance and any potential issues or roadblocks

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in platform operations or a similar role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Proven experience in managing and developing a team
Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Strong understanding of technology and software development processes
Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations
