Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain IT workflows across all departments, ensuring efficient and effective processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements to existing workflows.
Monitor and evaluate existing workflows, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for optimization.
Communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.
Create and maintain documentation for IT workflows, including standard operating procedures and training materials.
Coordinate with IT teams to ensure successful implementation and maintenance of workflows.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or roadblocks that arise in the workflows.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and identify any potential risks.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve workflows.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management.
Proven experience in developing and managing workflows.
Strong understanding of IT systems and processes.
Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and multitask.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Experience working with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
