Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of security architects to design and implement our company��s security architecture
Develop and maintain an overall security strategy for the organization, taking into account current and future risks and threats
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that security considerations are incorporated into all aspects of our business processes and systems
Conduct regular security risk assessments and develop plans to mitigate any identified risks
Stay up-to-date on emerging security threats and trends, and adjust our security strategy accordingly
Manage the implementation and maintenance of security controls, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption protocols
Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards for the organization
Conduct security audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
Monitor and investigate security incidents, and develop response plans to address any breaches or vulnerabilities
Communicate regularly with senior management and other stakeholders to provide updates on the organization��s security posture
Manage relationships with external security vendors and consultants, as needed

Requirements:

Bachelor��s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
Minimum of years of experience in information security, with at least years in a leadership role
Proven experience in developing and implementing security strategies and controls
Strong technical background in network and systems security, including experience with firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption protocols
Knowledge of security frameworks and standards, such as ISO 27001 and NIST
Familiarity with regulatory requirements, such as GDPR and HIPAA
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing teams
Relevant security certifications, such as CISSP or CISM, are preferred
