Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented IT Deployment Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As the IT Deployment Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the deployment of new IT systems and technologies across the company. This role requires strong communication skills, project management experience, and a deep understanding of IT processes and systems. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate and implement the deployment of new IT systems and technologies across the company.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and ensure timely delivery of IT solutions.
• Develop project timelines and schedules, and monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met.
• Communicate project updates and changes to all stakeholders, including IT teams, business units, and senior management.
• Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented.
• Conduct quality assurance and testing to ensure new systems and technologies are functioning properly.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the deployment process.
• Develop and maintain documentation for all IT systems and processes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT project management or coordination.
• Strong understanding of IT systems and processes, including hardware, software, and networking.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven experience in project management, including developing timelines, managing budgets, and coordinating resources.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with quality assurance and testing procedures.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology is a plus.

Working Conditions:

• This is a full-time position with regular office hours, Monday to Friday.
• The role may require occasional work on weekends and evenings, depending on project deadlines.
• The IT Deployment Coordinator will primarily work in an office setting, but may also be required to travel to different locations for project deployment.
