Overview: Lobox is seeking an experienced AI Workflow Manager to join our team. As an AI Workflow Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the development and implementation of AI projects within our organization. This role requires a strong background in AI technologies, project management, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of AI developers, data scientists, and engineers in the development and implementation of AI projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs and translate them into AI solutions.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for AI projects and ensure their successful delivery.
• Oversee the collection, processing, and analysis of data to support the development of AI models.
• Conduct regular reviews of AI projects to ensure they align with business objectives and meet quality standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI technologies and tools, and make recommendations for their implementation within the organization.
• Provide support and guidance to team members, including training and mentoring, to help them grow and develop their skills.
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and expectations are managed throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Strong knowledge of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of delivering successful AI projects on time and within budget.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience in the healthcare or financial industry is a plus.
