Job Description: We are seeking an experienced IT Strategy Specialist to join our dynamic and innovative team. As an IT Strategy Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving the overall IT strategy and direction of the organization. You will work closely with the IT leadership team to assess current technology capabilities, identify areas for improvement, and develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance our IT infrastructure and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the IT leadership team to define the overall IT strategy and ensure alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
• Conduct regular assessments of the organization's current technology capabilities and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance the organization's IT infrastructure, systems, and processes.
• Lead the development and execution of IT roadmap and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Monitor industry trends and advancements in technology to identify potential opportunities for the organization.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of IT initiatives and projects.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to leverage their expertise and resources.
• Provide guidance and support to the IT team in the implementation of new technologies and processes.
• Monitor and manage IT budgets to ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT strategy development and implementation.
• Strong understanding of current and emerging technologies and their applications.
• Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to IT.
• Professional certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or Six Sigma are preferred.
