Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Technical Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our technical operations. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage the day-to-day technical operations of our company. You will work closely with our technical team to ensure that all systems and processes are running smoothly and any issues are promptly resolved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain all technical systems and processes to ensure smooth operation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical operations or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of various computer systems, networks, and software.
• Experience with troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions.
• Familiarity with security protocols and data protection.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Proven ability to work independently and in a team.
