Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the design and implementation of the company's network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.
Plan and execute network upgrades and expansions to meet the organization's growing needs.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise, ensuring maximum network uptime.
Develop and maintain network security policies and procedures to protect the organization's sensitive data.
Manage and mentor a team of network engineers, providing guidance and support in their day-to-day tasks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure network infrastructure is integrated with other systems, such as servers and storage.
Stay up-to-date with emerging network technologies and make recommendations for their implementation to improve network performance.
Develop and manage network budgets, ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on time.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on network infrastructure performance and any potential issues.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in network engineering, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Proven experience in managing and maintaining complex network infrastructures.
Strong knowledge of network protocols, such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
Experience with network security technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and VPNs.
Excellent leadership and project management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
