Position Overview: As an Automation Specialist Lead, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of automation specialists to design, develop, and implement automated solutions for our clients. You will play a critical role in driving efficiency, reducing human error, and increasing productivity through automation. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and a passion for automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of automation specialists to develop and implement automated solutions
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and requirements
• Design and develop automation workflows, scripts, and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency
• Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of automation solutions to ensure accuracy and effectiveness
• Train and mentor team members on automation best practices and techniques
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of automation processes and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in automation technology to recommend innovative solutions to clients
• Communicate project updates, progress, and challenges to stakeholders in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in automation development and implementation
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team
• Strong technical skills in programming and scripting languages such as Python, Java, or C#
• Experience with automation tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism
• Knowledge of database management and SQL
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and able to multi-task effectively
